Period Church service offered at Scarborough Renaissance Festival

Good Gentles, On Memorial Weekend Sunday, May 25, 2008, a service from (Henry VIII’s era) the 1549 AD Episcopal prayerbook will be conducted at Scarborough Faire at 11 AM. This service is bona fide, sanctioned by the Diocese of Dallas and conducted by Father Bill Warnky, the priest of The Episcopal Church of the Good Samaritan, Dallas. He will be in full regalia, as will some of the parishioners from that congregation. After the service, the Honorable Lady Lete Bithespring will be custom-lettering names on complementary keepsake bookmarks for attendees who wish one.
Check the schedule to confirm the location, forum members suspect it will be held at the Crown Stage.
