Dragon Renaissance Festival at Pittsburgh Zoo

More late breaking news

If you’re in or around Pittsburgh, the Dragon Renaissance Festival is this weekend from 11am – 3pm at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium.

From the zoo’s website:
Get Medieval with our Komodo dragon and leafy and weedy sea dragons while enjoying period music, fire breathing, storytelling, knight matches, and photo opportunities with authentic Renaissance characters.

All activities are free with general admission to the zoo and aquarium. On that note, you can celebrate Father’s Day by attending the festival at the zoo. Idearc will help you do so with free admission all day for all fathers accompanied by their children.

The Father’s Day Celebration is sponsored by Idearc Media, Official Publisher of Verizon Print Directories.

Thanks for the info, Eric. I’m glad you and your family had a good time. Did they do a Renaissance Festival at the Zoo this year? I didn’t see anything about it.
