Celtic Fling at Manheim, PA
Yikes, forgot this one too! How could I forget the Celtic Fling?????
Anyway, for any of you lucky enough to be up there, head for Mt Hope Winery in Manheim this weekend some marvelous music and enough kilts to satisfy you for a bit.
It’s the 10th Annual Celtic Fling and Highland Games, held on the grounds of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. Actually the fun starts tonight with an opening concert featuring Gaelich Storm with Scythian and special guests Albannach.
The fun continues on Saturday and Sunday with massive amounts of music, the 4th Annual Celtic Fling Feis (dance competion), living history encampments, Highland Games competitions and demonstrations, shopping, and the opportunity to sample some wonderful Celtic food.
