Northern California Renaissance Faire – Faire Fun for September 4 – 10, 2008

California

It’s opening weekend of the Northern California Renaissance Faire in Hollister at Casa deFruta as the Village of Willingtown welcomes visitors to a Celebration of Children.

They’ve got a couple of options for discount tickets:

  • All children 12 and under are FREE this weekend!
  • Save $15 with a weekend pass if you’re going both days
  • Save $5 on adult tickets by ordering online with code “Renaissance” through Sept 10
  • If you’ll make it out more than six days, your biggest savings comes from a Fareever Pass

Be sure to check out MooNiE and BRooN’s 5pm show. Leinad laughed so hard he cried when we saw them at FlaRF earlier this year.

    Hi, David, welcome to FaireNews.

The dates in the header refer to the week that is covered by this post. Each week, there’ll be another post (eg. next week will be Sept 11-17). The posts include the weekly theme, any savings specials (like the kids free this weekend only), performers who will be there that weekend only, and anything else that catches our eye, all in one place. For multiple weekend faires, there’s usually a reference to how many weeks it will run or which week the faire is in. That got missed in this post, thanks for calling it to our attention.

Readers, Northern California RenFaire is a six-week faire so you’ve got lots of chances to get out there and have a great time. Opening weekend, though, is a magical time and *grinning* leaves five more weekends to choose from if you find that once just isn’t enough.
