Northern California Renaissance Faire – Faire Fun for September 25-October 1, 2008
California
It’s a combined celebration at the Northern California Renaissance Faire in Hollister What that means for you is a chance to participate as they celebrate Bacchanalia (a time for revelry), the Feast of Michaelmas (the end of harvest), and Masquerade (a chance to dress up and show off your finery).
The ticket sales page indicates that there’s only one way left to get discount tickets and that’s with a weekend pass. If you’re going both days, you can save $15 on admission.
In the Participation section of the website, they list some interesting workshops that they’ve been putting on this year. It’s probably too late to get into the workshop about Renaissance Styles but the Wheat Weaving and Book Binding workshops take place October 5th. You can find out about space availability by contacting Maureen Glancy at 650-504-1572.
