The final weekend’s theme is appropriate at the Connecticut Renaissance Faire as they celebrate with a Masquerade. Don your favorite costume and don’t forget your mask. It might come in handy to hide your sadness as the gates swing close for the final time this season.

Masquerade Weekend
maskGhosts, ghouls, and things that drool. We’d love to share the Halloween holiday with you. Come dressed in your Halloween costume and enjoy the fun.
  • Safe Trick or Treat (Oct 18-19): Bring your Wee Folk to the Faire for a day of safe trick-or-treating at participating merchants.
  • Halloween Costume Contest (Oct 18): Come dressed in your best Halloween costume and compete to win a season pass to our 2009 performance. There will be an Adult and Child winner.
  • Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest (Oct 18): The first competitor to eat their entire pumpkin pie wins a season pass to return to CTRF in 2009. Entry fee applies to cover cost of pie. Participants limited so attend early.
  • Masquerade Parade (Oct 18 – 19): March with the King and his court around the faire to show off your fantastic costume.
