Rochester Renaissance Festival – Faire Fun for October 16-22, 2008
New Hampshire
It’s finally time for the Rochester Renaissance Festival at The Governor’s Inn.
King Spaulding’s Feast kicks off the event on Friday night as the King welcomes his subjects in for an evening of food, drink, and merriment, medieval style. Don’t fret if you can’t be there Friday, they plan to have too much fun to contain in one night so they’re doing it all over again on Saturday evening.
Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am, minstrels and bards will sing and tell stories to entertain you as you stroll through the grounds and gardens, shopping and enjoying the pleasure of an autumn day. If you get thirsty, head over to see Good Baron Von Stew holding court in the Brew Ha Ha Octoberfest Café.
Be sure to watch for Bumbly Phinn as he tells stories to the wee ones and Jass Phinn with her flute.
