The Kearney Renaissance Faire is pleased to invite you to their new location at Sycamore Island Ranch in Madera. The Faire is a fundraiser presented by the Guild of St. Giles to raise funds for Catholic Charities. Throughout the day, you’ll find a slice of life, Renaissance Era style, with food, shopping, shows, and live action jousting.
Their press release made me chuckle with this, “Saint Giles wants children and families to be able to experience a real joust without spending an arm and a leg, two cows and a chicken.” To make that possible, they’ve kept prices low ($7 each) and are offering $1 off with the donation of a canned food item for local food banks.
