Sherwood Forest Faire Update
Texas
Progress is well underway for Sherwood Forest Faire to open in Paige in the spring of 2010. The land has been purchased, gravel and water for roads and utilities have been contracted, and Eric Todd, the owner, posts regular updates on RenaissanceFestival.com to generate ideas and enthusiasm.
This Saturday (January 24, 2009), Eric and crew are inviting interested parties to view the grounds and get a feel for what can be. They’re planning a walking tour, a small fire in an enclosed outdoor fireplace (burn ban is in effect, so no bonfire), some music, and lots of talking.
Here’s your chance to see what all the talk is about. Let’s support them as we can.
