It’s down to the wire for last minute holiday presents. I wanted to remind you about some of the best deals on discount tickets.
Many promoters are making gift giving easy and getting the anticipation of Faire started early. I’ve seen notes from Bristol, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Georgia, and California faires advertising their Holiday offerings. Sometimes the savings are as much 50% off regular ticket prices. Be sure to check the website of your favorite Faire to see if they’re running a Holiday discount ticket special.
The best way to find out what your favorite Faire is planning is by signing up for their newsletter. That’s how I know about all the ticket discounts. You’ll get news of upcoming events, discount coupons available only to subscribers, special appearance announcements, and other things.
If your Faire isn’t offering discounts, try what a friend does. Lady Alicia told me, “I give friends tickets to the Faire for Christmas. I just make up a little gift certificate and then take advantage of the Buy-One-Get-One on donate canned food day. I leave the ticket at the Will Call booth in their name. They love it!!!”
