Georgia Pirates are swarming ashore for the 4th annual Tybee Island Pirate Fest. The festivities begin tomorrow evening, with cannons blazing as the pireates search for the Mayor and the key to the city, and continue into Saturday with booty to loot, music to enjoy, and pirates on parade.
