Celebrating and Anticipating Faires April 14-27, 2008

Sorry about the brevity of this post, folks. My cable company has decided that working on the lines in our area, every day from 9 to 3:30, is just fine. It’s making being online a nightmare. Here’s a quick look at some of what happened last week and what’s coming up.

Looking Back in Celebration

In spite of rain Friday night, PyrateCon 2008 had a great turnout with much eating, drinking, and strolling. The seminars had lighter attendance but reviews by those who did attend were favorable.

The Ardmore Renaissance Festival, though small, was well attended with great weather. R/F member Kirk Hughes has put his pictures from the Ardmore in PhotoBucket which has slideshows. I hope you enjoy.
