Shawnee Renaissance Faire announced in Oklahoma
Faire a la Carte recently announced that they have been contracted to produce a one weekend Renaissance faire on November 8 & 9 in the Heartland Amphitheater at the Sac and Fox Casino in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Susi Matthews Cannon told me, “This is an Elizabethan Renaissance Faire, featuring the Royal Court with daily Children’s knighting.” Final details for the entertainment schedule are still in the works, but the current list of performers is impressive.
I’ll keep you posted as I hear more.

Welcome to FaireNews, Sheree. I’ve not seen any announcement this year that there will be a Shawnee Renaissance Faire.
To find Faires in your area, I’d recommend taking a look at RenaissanceFestival.com’s Faire Directory. That link will take you to their map page but, if you click the “Lookup” link at the top, you can put in the state and month that you’re interested in.
