Looking forward to Jan 5&6, 2008
Looking at the calendar for the coming weekend finds no faires open but that doesn’t mean there’s no activity. Rehearsals are underway for faires that open between now and the end of February, stock production and travel plans near completion for the next venue, grounds’ preparation is at fever pitch, instruments are being tuned, garb is being stitched, and on and on and on.
The first gates of the 2008 Faire season will swing open the following weekend (Jan 12 to be exact) at the Kiwanis-Lee County Medieval Faire in the Lakes Park, Ft Myers, Florida. We will venture forth from the Shadow’s Hold and hope to see some of you there. Bob Da Vinci is on the schedule and he can expect a big Thank You hug from the succubus.
